Information relating to you which is contained within enquiries, complaints or feedback which you share with us.

Crash Report Data

Information we receive when you send us a crash report. This may include your:

• Epic Online Services ID and Steam ID.

• Usage Data: Service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information. This may include device event information (such as system activity), error reports and hardware settings.

• Device Data: Information about the device you use to access our Game. Depending on the device used, this Device Data may include information such as your

• IP address (or proxy server)

• Device identifiers or other unique identifiers

• Location

• Language settings

• Hardware model

• Operating system

• System configuration information.

3. HOW WE USE IT

To fix any errors

Purpose and data: We collect and use your Crash Report Data to: (i) identify you; (ii) identify and correct any problems with the Game; and (iii) perform essential business operations.

Legal basis and further information: We may process this personal data to pursue our legitimate interests in detecting technical faults with the Game.

When you experience a crash in the Game, you may be prompted to submit a crash report and we only receive and process this data if you actively choose to submit a report.

Sources and recipients: We collect this information using technology provided by Sentry (Functional Software, Inc. d/b/a Sentry). For further information on this, please refer to Section 5 of this notice.

To respond to your feedback

Purpose and data: We collect and use your Feedback Data, Contact Data and Crash Report Data (where applicable) in order to: (i) review and respond to your enquiries, complaints, feedback or questions relating to the Game; (ii) provide customer care services; (iii) improve, test and monitor the quality and delivery of the Game; and (iv) receive feedback on your experience with the Game.

Legal basis and further information: We may process this personal data to pursue our legitimate interests in

• furthering our commercial interests; and

• ensuring that we can provide and improve the Game.

Sources: We collect this information from you when you communicate with us via email, third-party forums / channels (such as Steam and Discord) or a crash report.

4. OTHER

Storage & Transfers

We are based in [Sweden], regularly collaborate with an international network of partners and may from time-to-time use subcontractors based in other countries. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we do so on the basis of adequacy regulations or/and implement certain contractual measures in order to safeguard such transfers, where required by applicable data protection laws to do so. Retention

We will only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes that it has been collected for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal requirements.

Personal data collected from Sentry is subject to Sentry’s retention period of 90 days.

To determine the appropriate retention period for other personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or accidental disclosure of personal data, the purposes for which we process the personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.]
