Children |
We do not intentionally collect any personal data about minors under the age of 16 without permission from a parent or legal guardian. The privacy of children is a priority for us and we encourage parents to take an active and constant interest in their children's online activity. If we find we have inadvertently collected personal data about children under the age of 16 without permission from a parent or legal guardian, we will immediately take all necessary and reasonable measures to delete the information from our systems. |

Depending on the device used, this Device Data may include information such as your • IP address (or proxy server) • Device identifiers or other unique identifiers • Location • Language settings • Hardware model • Operating system • System configuration information. |
3. HOW WE USE IT |
To fix any errors Purpose and data: We collect and use your Crash Report Data to: (i) identify you; (ii) identify and correct any problems with the Game; and (iii) perform essential business operations. Legal basis and further information: We may process this personal data to pursue our legitimate interests in detecting technical faults with the Game. When you experience a crash in the Game, you may be prompted to submit a crash report and we only receive and process this data if you actively choose to submit a report. Sources and recipients: We collect this information using technology provided by Sentry (Functional Software, Inc. d/b/a Sentry). For further information on this, please refer to Section 5 of this notice. |
To respond to your feedback Purpose and data: We collect and use your Feedback Data, Contact Data and Crash Report Data (where applicable) in order to: (i) review and respond to your enquiries, complaints, feedback or questions relating to the Game; (ii) provide customer care services; (iii) improve, test and monitor the quality and delivery of the Game; and (iv) receive feedback on your experience with the Game. Legal basis and further information: We may process this personal data to pursue our legitimate interests in • furthering our commercial interests; and • ensuring that we can provide and improve the Game. Sources: We collect this information from you when you communicate with us via email, third-party forums / channels (such as Steam and Discord) or a crash report. |

We are based in [Sweden], regularly collaborate with an international network of partners and may from time-to-time use subcontractors based in other countries.
